• Delivery time may vary depending on project complexity and client response. 
• Delays caused by incomplete client inputs are not our responsibility. 

Clients must provide:

• Accurate business information 
• Required content (text, images, logos, etc.) 
• Timely feedback for project progress 

Delays in client response may affect delivery timelines.

• Basic revisions are included as per project agreement. 
• Additional revisions beyond agreed scope may be chargeable. 

• After full payment, final deliverables belong to the client. 
• Mukesh Digital Tech reserves the right to showcase work in portfolio unless agreed otherwise. 

We are not responsible for:

• Loss of business, revenue, or data 
• Third-party service issues (hosting, ads platforms, etc.) 
• Results depending on SEO or marketing performance (as they vary over time) 

Some services may depend on third-party platforms like Google, Meta, hosting providers, etc. We are not responsible for their policies or downtime.
